TalkTuk, operated by QUONtech LLC, collects the data needed to operate your private workspace, deliver the service, and manage your subscription.
What TalkTuk stores
TalkTuk stores your sign-in identity, verification state, private workspace, Businesses, Campaigns, profile-launch details, content, Voice settings, approvals, connection state, entitlements, and audit events. Payment providers store customer, payment, invoice, and subscription records; TalkTuk keeps their service identifiers and entitlement state, never card numbers. Access controls limit product records to authorized workspace members.
Provider keys
Bring-your-own AI keys and supported direct-connector credentials are encrypted separately from ordinary workspace records. They are used only for the provider or connector action you request and are not shown back in the TalkTuk interface.
AI requests
The source content, selected audience, goal, destinations, Voice guidance, or public profile brief needed for the requested generation is sent to the provider you choose. Passwords, verification codes and recovery details are excluded from AI requests. That provider processes the request under its own policies. No AI request is sent when you use TalkTuk’s built-in engine.
Profile launch and social accounts
Profile Launch Assistant stores reusable public identity and profile details in your workspace. The recommended password mode is unique-per-platform and user-managed. If you explicitly choose a supplied default password, TalkTuk encrypts it on that browser with your separate device-vault passphrase; the ciphertext is not uploaded to TalkTuk cloud. When you deliberately send that setup to Rider, Rider creates a separate encrypted copy in its extension-local storage and discards the passphrase after use. You remain responsible for reviewing every filled field, final signup submission, platform terms, CAPTCHA, identity checks, email or phone verification, and two-factor authentication.
Service providers
TalkTuk uses Supabase for authentication and private product data, Firebase for web hosting, Resend for transactional email, and Stripe for checkout, subscriptions, invoices, and billing management. An AI provider receives content only when you select it and submit an AI request using your own key.
Your choices
You can delete Story Packs in the app, reset your password through your verified email, and manage billing through Stripe. Request full account and associated-data deletion here, or use the deletion option in the mobile Account screen.
