A disclaimer alone is not a safety system. TalkTuk is being built around visible actions, user judgment, supported interfaces, and evidence.
No stealth guarantees
Platforms use layered, changing risk systems and do not publish complete thresholds. TalkTuk will not claim to be undetectable, simulate fingerprints, defeat challenges, or bypass technical controls.
Human approval points
Drafting is separate from acting. The person sees the content, target channel, and intended next step before a publication or message is released. Account signup, platform terms, CAPTCHA, identity or contact verification, and final submission stay with the account owner.
Supported connection paths
Production connectors should prefer official platform APIs. Where a transparent local browser companion is appropriate, it must show what it is doing, preserve ordinary browser identity, respect stop controls, and keep an audit trail.
Behavioral integrity
TalkTuk can help users work at a deliberate pace, avoid accidental bursts, recognize uncertainty, and stop when conditions change. Those are guardrails, not promises that platform enforcement will not occur.
Owner responsibility
The user remains responsible for the volume, recipients, content, timing, permissions, and platform rules governing their activity. Risk notices remain visible where decisions are made.
