What happens next
We review your request, confirm any shared-workspace ownership and subscription arrangements, and remove your account and associated personal content and credentials. We aim to finish within 30 days after identity verification. We will tell you if a specific retention obligation requires longer.
This is a deletion request, not an instant deletion or an automatic subscription cancellation. We will coordinate cancellation and shared-workspace handling with you before completing it. Data belonging to other workspace members will not be erased without their authority.

Cannot sign in?
Email info@talktuk.com with the subject “TalkTuk account deletion request” from your registered address. Tell us which account you want removed. Do not send passwords, API keys or identity documents in the initial email. We will arrange any necessary verification.
What may be retained
Financial records and limited security or fraud-prevention records may need to be retained for legal obligations. We will explain any applicable exceptions in our response. Backup copies expire under the applicable backup-retention cycle rather than being immediately removed from every backup.
