Use it deliberately.
These terms govern TalkTuk’s live Early Access service, operated by QUONtech LLC. Early Access customers receive the current product while helping shape what comes next.
1. Early Access status
TalkTuk is an early product. Features may change, fail, be replaced, or be withdrawn as the service develops. Available and planned capabilities are identified in the product; do not rely on TalkTuk for time-critical, regulated, or irreversible activity.
2. Your accounts and actions
You control and remain responsible for every account, signup, credential choice, verification, message, post, reply, upload, approval, and publication. Profile Launch Assistant prepares information and opens an official signup route. If you ask Rider to fill visible setup fields, you must review every field it changes, accept the destination’s terms, complete its checks, and make the final account submission yourself. You must follow each platform’s terms, applicable law, and the rights and expectations of the people you contact.
3. No platform-outcome guarantee
TalkTuk does not guarantee delivery, reach, engagement, revenue, account safety, or freedom from warnings, throttling, restrictions, or suspension. No feature should be interpreted as “undetectable,” platform-approved, or immune from enforcement.
4. AI and generated material
AI can be wrong. You must review generated material before using it. You may connect a provider using your own API key and accept that provider’s separate terms, pricing, retention, and processing rules.
5. Prohibited use
Do not use TalkTuk for deception, impersonation, harassment, spam, unauthorized access, evading platform controls, manipulating public discourse, or violating another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights.
6. Early Access data
Keep independent copies of important material. Early Access data may be migrated as the product develops. Contact info@talktuk.com for an access, export, correction, or deletion request.
7. Free Preview and paid plans
The Free Preview is limited to one lifetime Campaign, three Campaign destinations, three lifetime Story Packs, two destinations per Story Pack, the built-in engine, one Voice profile, and branded exports. Deleting work does not reset a lifetime allowance. Rider unlocks the current paid capabilities shown before checkout.
8. Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation
Paid plans renew automatically at the interval and price shown in Stripe Checkout until canceled. You can manage payment details, invoices, and cancellation in the Stripe Customer Portal from Plan inside TalkTuk. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless Stripe states otherwise. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase.
9. Taxes and price changes
Prices exclude taxes unless checkout says otherwise. You are responsible for applicable taxes that are not collected at checkout. We will present material price changes before they apply to a future renewal.
10. Availability and liability
TalkTuk is provided on an as-available basis during Early Access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalkTuk is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
11. Contact and changes
Questions, billing requests, and legal notices may be sent to info@talktuk.com. Material changes to these terms will be communicated in the product or by email before taking effect where required.
